Returns & Refund Policy

WE ARE SURE THAT YOU WILL FALL IN LOVE WITH YOUR NEW MESTIZAA SWIMWEAR WHICH IS WHY WE CAN CONFIDENTLY OFFER RETURNS ON ALL FULL PRICED ITEMS FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY PROVIDED THAT:

  • Item/s are returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery.
  • Item/s are returned unworn, undamaged in the original packaging with all original tags still attached. Please do not remove the hygiene liner and only try on swimwear over underwear/nappy for sanitary reasons.
  • Item/s were not purchased on sale. We can only accept returns or exchanges on sale items if the item is faulty.
  • Any associated costs for return shipping must be covered by the customer.

RETURNS PROCESS:

  1. Contact our team by email info@mestizaa.com.au quoting your order number and details of the item and reason for the return.
  2. Our team will provide a returns form which must be completed and included with your return parcel.
  3. Inspect your item/s to ensure that they are in perfect condition, with original packaging, tags and hygiene liner in place. 
  4. We strongly recommend tracking your return parcel as we cannot be held responsible for any returns lost in transit. 
  5. Our team will confirm receipt of your return parcel and will email you your store credit for the item/s in the form of a gift card. 

QUALITY ASSURANCE:

Our team inspect each item before dispatch but we encourage you to inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
