Shipping & Delivery

COVID-19 ALERT
Our business is adapting to the challenges presented by the pandemic, which means our normal practice of delivery might be impacted. 

Our team aim to ship all goods within two (2) business days of receiving your order. Orders received on the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday/Tuesday. 

Express and International orders placed Monday to Friday are shipped within 24 hours.

Please allow 24-48 hours to receive tracking number/confirmation of order shipment.

If a pre-order item  item is selected all items will be sent once the pre-order is ready.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct as we can not be held responsible for un-delivered orders due to incorrect delivery details. As a customer, you are responsible to make sure all shipping information is accurate before finalising your order.

All items are sent via Australia Post. 

 

What are the shipping costs?

Australia:

• Standard Australian Shipping is $8.95
• Express Australian Shipping is $12.95

New Zealand:

• Standard New Zealand Shipping flat rate of $15AUD

Rest of World:

• A flat rate of $22AUD

 

For purchases outside of Australia you may be required to pay duty tax on your orders.

Please ensure you are aware of the possible charges you may incur in order to release your goods as we do not offer refunds if you refuse the package due to customs charges.
